Shipment & Returns


We know how eagerly and quickly you want to have the desired items at home! If you order on working days, it will be shipped the next day at the latest. Did you place the order during the weekend and/or outside the Netherlands? Then the post may take a little longer.

Shipping costs​

There are no shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands.
The shipping costs in the rest of Europe are €2.99 for purchases under €25. Above that there are no shipping costs.

The shipping costs will be visible when you select the relevant country during checkout.

Shipping Confirmation​

When we have sent your package, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have not received an email, please check your spam box. It can happen that it ends up there.
Our packages are sent as letterbox mail, so they do not contain a track and trace code.


It can sometimes happen that the desired item does not meet your wishes. Too bad, but that can happen!

First check whether your order is eligible for return:

  • Returns can be made within 14 days. The return costs are for your own account.
  • The items must be unused and in their original condition.

As soon as we have received your message, we will contact you as soon as possible. If an exchange is not possible, we will refund the purchase amount excluding shipping costs to you within 14 working days.
